What does the Lord require of you? ©

He has showed what is good! DS ©

“He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

– Micah 6v8

Good morning boys and girls!

I pray to our Father who dwells in Heavens that He holds you tight and keeps you in health physical, emotional and spiritual in all. I pray that He brings clarity in all decisions you need to do today and protects each step that you will walk. All is prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

It seems that most of the time we like to beat ourselves. We have great expectations by ourselves and sometimes we could call ourselves perfectionists. It is interesting how we see ourselves and how the Lord looks at us. As said before, all is about perception and as Einstein said, all is relevant!

We have a tendency to perfection and personally I believe that when this tendency is in balance, it is a good thing. It helps us to keep focused and motivated. It helps to self-actualize. When we do cross the line, it can become an obstacle in our lives and especially in our spiritual life.

Reading the above scripture from the book of Micah, we notice that at first the Lord has already showed us what is good. We do obtain a good measure of knowledge. In exchange, if I may say, He asks justice, mercy and humility. All the laws and instructions and advices are covered by those three things: keep searching and protecting justice, keep showing mercy to others and ourselves and in all the above to keep being humbled and not to boast or take it over our head. All is for our God’s glory and only!

Is it more simple than we originally thought? Just keep these principles and the way becomes smoother!

Send you hugs,
