Our Heavenly Father, we come to your presence and we leave everything in your feet with our request that you take care of all. We pray that you will help us to realize our identity in you and not in the past experiences and to have clarity for you purpose in our lives and not worrying about what the future will bring. All prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
What is are Identity and what is our Purpose in life?
Usually, we hold on to the past as we think that gives us identity and focus in the future looking for fulfilment and finally we lose our true identity and our true purpose which are in Christ and it is Here and Now!
It is written:
“On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.”
– John 14v20
I strongly believe – and so experienced- that when we truly understand and accept what happens to us after we confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, all things become much more simplified.
It becomes very clear to us that He is in us and we are in Him. The whole perspective in life, changes and becomes plain, easier and clear. We do not need things or our past to show who we are, we do not need to know the future for living our today. We just trust it in the hands of the Lord and we know that all will be ok! Amen!
Love,
Dimitra

Dimitra, thanks for liking my blog post… it sent me here to your blog and I’ve been blessed. I appreciate what you’ve said here about our identities. It’s such a hard lesson to get our heads around, sometimes.
Janet, yes, I understand what you say. We learn the hard way sometimes, that’s life. We are not only spirit but also flesh! Be blessed, my friend, and keep the good work, God is with you and keeps blessing all He puts in your hands.
