Hello there!

I pray that as you start this new day, the Lord feels you with His great love, a love that never fails, His unfailing love. Remember who you are in Him, remember His promises and long to spend time with Him and to do His will in anything that this day will bring at your door step. In Jesus Name amen!

We were and are and will be greatly loved by Him. He is longing for us, each one of us. He will go all the way for us and He did, on the cross!

It is beautiful what David wrote:

Psalms 119v81

“My soul faints with longing for your salvation, but I have put my hope in your word.”

I ask myself: “do I love the Lord as much as David describes above?”. See the scene: fainting with longing! There are those moments in our life – I am sure most of us had experienced such – that we feel so “high” by longing for something or someone that it is like we are going to faint at any time…

At this point, David is desperate, his soul is troubled and his hope is that the Lord will save him, bail him out!

But the Spirit wants to show us a different picture. It is needed to speak about our love towards to the Lord not only when we are in desperation, but our love that brings us in such a longing to be with Him and experiencing Him each moment of our life. A longing so strong that makes us to faint!

Do we love Him in such a way?
