I pray that our Lord, the King of kings is praised and all nations recognize Him, worship Him and bow in front of Him. I pray that all His children are used in amazing ways and do His work and labour for the glory of our Lord and all I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
Jesus Christ told to us as it is written in John’s Gospel, chapter 14 and verses 25 up to 27:
“All this I have spoken while still with you.
But the Counsellor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name will
teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.
PEACE I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world
gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
Jesus Christ was still living on earth and he was talking to his disciples. It is very important to remember that He is the one who left His peace with us, a peace that it is obtained only through Him and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit that lives inside each believer. It is not the world that gives this peace. It is this tranquillity that exists inside
us, given by Him and then as we take it out and practice its fruits, Peace comes around us, develops, enlarges and expands. As so many wise people have said, it is from inside to outside. We do reflect and create what we really have inside us, even in the darkest moments of our lives.
Have you ever felt a silence inside you, like you are empty in a pleasant way? When we are in that state the things that happened to us at that moment, externally, the stimulus we have, do not take that silence, balance, emptiness away. Why? It is given by grace and not by effort. It is from God Almighty and only by following Him, we will reach there. When we feel this tranquillity inside us, it is so easy to respond in peace to any stimulus around us.
I encourage you to remind yourselves who we are in Christ and what is provided for us. We keep doing His will, praying and communicating and that’s how we will keep His peace.
