Drop it!

Hello world, hello friends! I do not know how are you today but by faith I pray to our Father in Heavens to put His arms around you and lift you up and out of any sorrow, any concern. I pray that all of us go and leave everything at His feet, in front of the Throne of grace and leave them just there, to just drop them and trust Him that He is in control, in Jesus Name amen!

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

-Isaiah 40v31

I love Isaiah book. I had the privilege to teach it for six months during the Friday Bible Study and as our study was going on, I came to realize how much this book has been misunderstood or manipulated. But this is another story!

Today’s message and meditation is about how much strength we can withdraw from the Lord. He can renew us each day and each moment. We can be eagles and not chickens (as Joyce Meyer says). It takes just to believe in this possibility. How do you see yourself? Who are you in Christ? A chicken or an Eagle?

One problem is that we carry too much with us. We carry our thoughts, our past, our concerns, our insecurities, our dreams and hopes, our weight, our addictions and so on and so on. We become heavy! How will we fly like an eagle when we carry all that entire load? How do we can fly anyway? We need to drop it! We have access to the perfect place to drop it: at the feet of our Lord!

Cautious: when you drop it…just let it there, don’t go back and pick it up again! He can handle it for you. Just light yourself and fly! Amen!

Love,

Dimitra
